What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard), via cheque, EFT or cash.
Can I view the products before purchasing?
We carry many items in stock, and you are welcome to view these items at our home-based showroom (in Melbourne) or we can come to you to show you a selection of our range. However, many of our products are made to order by our artists. In these cases, the high resolution images on our website are a fairly accurate representation of our products, although our customers have often commented that the real thing is more beautiful than the photos suggest.
What are typical delivery times?
If we have the item in stock, we can deliver it (typically same day or next day depending on your location) or pick up is available in Melbourne. All items listed in the "Last Minute Gifts" section are in stock. Some of our artists keep their most popular items in stock, and we can usually deliver these to you within 7-14 days. Other artists individually make their items to order, so delivery timeframes can vary. Please contact us to enquire about any items of interest, and we will be able to provide availability information.
Can you send gifts interstate or overseas?
Yes, and all of our items include free delivery Australia Wide! We can arrange for our items to be sent anywhere in Australia and to many international locations. Each item is beautifully gift wrapped and a small gift tag is included. The item is then securely packed in another box and shipped via Australia Post.
How do I care for the products?
All of our products come with an information sheet containing care instructions.
What is your Exchange/Refund Policy?
We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery and a credit issued which can be used to purchase any other item(s) from our catalogue. Of course, items must be in original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Custom orders cannot be returned.
Are other items available from your Artists?
Our catalogues showcase only a limited range of each artist’s work. If you have a special request, please let us know and we will endeavour to source what you have in mind. |
